Brett.

Could you please include the fix the MS developer gave you to work around the ChatFx Issue. We have the same outstanding issue with chartfx and cannot seem to have any resolution from them.

Can you post this code here? I am having a simlar problem using a label creation application called "BarTender" that has VBScript capabilities and am at a loss as to why we get these intermittent overflows. I'm willing to try anything at this point.

After weeks of research I found this hotfix from Microsoft and it solved my problem of overflow with vbscript. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/955536
