Default Export Excel

Hi everybody, im a new subscriber
i have a problem that when i generate a excel file it's bad presented
there is a white in backround
can someone help me

I assume you are using:

Response.ContentType = "application/vnd.ms-excel"

To generate your .xls? You can use background colors in table, td etc tags

FYI: If you explain your probelm and desired ooutcome in more detail you will get more useful responses. Should we assume the 'white background' is the definition of 'bad presented'?

i generate a design with ireport after with a java class i generate xls file
the problemes are the white background and the border of celule dont appair

I see. I made this assumption because your post was in the ASP forum. I cant see where you post fits in here. Do you have an ASP related problem?

FYI - .xls files are very easily created using ASP. Its seamless and can incude styles which from what you say will solve your problem.

You are not in the .net area of this forum. This is the classic ASP area
