Drop down box format

I am pulling 2 fields from a database to a drop down box. One is the description and the other the cost/price - both on the same line. I want just the cost/price to be in red font. Does any one knows how to do it

I don't think that you can do multiple styles within a single select box option. You can change the format of the option as a whole (and each individually at that), but not the text within it.
