FFMPEG in ASP

I am currently trying to convert a video over on my server but am unable to convert, I have set the system variable but have had no luck I am able to open notepad on the server and see it running in the process which I did as a check to see If I am able to run anything in the ASP command line. My command and dir all seem correct in my command to convert a video but I think I may need to set the file name of ffmpeg somewhere else on the server.
