Default error in uploading images

i want to upload images and save them in a database. but i m unable to do so. i got error. please help me to sort it out..

i got these three errors:
1: Error Type:
ADODB.Stream (0x800A0BBC)

2: POST Data:
error '80020009'

3: Exception occurred.
/iisHelp/common/500-100.asp, line 223
