Default local folder location

I've been trying to find a way to determine the local folder that a script is being run out of. I've found lots of posts about it using ASP.NET, but the client only wants me to use classic. I need to write to a file that's in the same folder as the script that's being run, but they won't give me any information about the folder structure.

does anyone know how to determine the current folder?

thanks!

If the file exists in the same directory as your ASP Page why can't you just use Server.MapPath??

Thanks, that works. I don't do much of anything in ASP, but the client insisted.

Thanks again.
