Default Bills Whiz Bang Google Maps

Bill,
Mate I hope you're around because I need your help!

Regarding the following email...

************************************************

Changing what is required is easy.

But the big question is, will Google work with only a suburb name?

Personally, I would think that it would be more likely to work with the state name and the post code. Because there seems to be some ambiguity in Australian suburb names.

But you can test this yourself. Try some experimental queries with google maps to see how it does with locating based on just certain bits and pieces of the address.

When you have determined what the best kind of "generic" address to use, then get back to me.

************************************************

Hi Bill,
I think you may have misunderstood me.

Heres what is needed.

Number - optional
Street - optional
Suburb - compulsory
City/Town - compulsory
State - compulsory
Postcode - compulsory

Make sense?

I just tried "springfield lakes, brisbane, queensland 4300" and it worked without any trouble at all.

Please help!

John

:)

John
