QUESTION:

Is there a reason you do
Conn.open "Provider=sqloledb;Server=myserver;Initial Catalog=qdb;UID=Reports;PWD=;"

That is, you start off in database "qdb" and then you have to do the "use msdb" to change to the other database???

Why not just use

Conn.open "Provider=sqloledb;Server=myserver;Initial Catalog=msdb;UID=Reports;PWD=;"

Then you can omit the "use msdb" completely.

???

No, I just overlooked that piece of code. But that was the problem.

Thanks so much for all your help. I do appreciate it!
