Default IIS 5 Monitoring and Alerting

Does anyone know of software designed to monitor and alert you to errors occuring on a web site.

Preferably to also monitor memory and CPU usage.

You could code an error one yourself. This book has a custom one that saves errors encounterd to a database:

Very good book to have as well.
