Default Using ascx file or include

I just want to know it is better to use include for including more than one page or ascx extension for the asp.net pages. asax is for what purpose?

For ASP.NET pages, you don't use include files. For a site template, you use page classing:

For anything else, the ASP.NET framework is object oriented, so you can reference external classes to do the work, or use web user controls. asax is for the global file.
