Default Registering DLL's

Can anyone specify the need to register DLL's when using Asp????Whther they needed to be registered on client machine seperately & any method to directly register on client machine thro' ASP code.

Need ot be registered on the client: no certainly not.

Register on the client via ASP: no, a massive security problem I would imagine.

You have to register on the server using Registry editor and you can use those DLL by creating object using Server.CreateObject()

Default

Dim objrs
Dim objconn
Dim strsql

set objconn = server.createobject("adodb.connection")
set objrs = server.createobject("adodb.recordset")

strsql = "select * from dual"
objrs.open objconn, strsql

do while objrs.eof
Response.write "Values here ="&objrs.fields(0).value
movenext
loop

Every object is just created as above, use the appropriate name in the server.createobject paramter thats should be it.
