Default In Asp using Javascript how to refresh ComboListbo

I Am using ASP with Javascript as frontend and SQL2000 as
backend.
I have two ComboList,One is to display say State and Second one is for City.
what I need is when I select one State in first ComboList, The second one should refresh with City data from database associated to the State.
Pls Guide how to do this.
