Default How do I creat a .dll file
When I start in Visual Studio 2003, I select class library but instead of this being saved as a .dll file, it shows up as a folder and it seems to be saved as a regular VB Project. Can someone please tell me the steps to create a .dll file?

By writing the code in VB, compiling it into .dll and then registering as regsvr32.This is my sugestion
