Default cdonts and apostrophe

I am using cdonts to send email and in the body of the text I have occassion to have word's with apostrophe's. What happens when the email arrives is it has a space after the apostrophe and before the next letter. Anyone know why or what I can do about it. I'm pretty desperate so would appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks,

Well, the obivous question is can you verify that the words go in without a space after the apostrophe?

I'm not a complete idiot, so yes I verified it had no space going into the cdonts, but I am a complete idiot because I listened to a QA person that she was getting a space without checking it out myself. It turns out there was no space, so I spent many hours chasing a non problem and for that I am an idiot. Thanks anyway

I wasn't challenging your intelligence, but when an error like this comes up you always want to rule out the obvious stuff first. ;] In any case I am glad you got the matter resolved.
