Visio process hangs

hi,
i have created a windows service which run under "this user" permission for the visio component.
this service opens te visio files & puts to the database all the pages & shapes to the database.

now the problem comes at the command
vsoapp.documents.open , the visio process hangs & stops responding.

i have unchecked "disable com addin" & also enable automation events
doesnt make a difference even when i select it

can anybody suggest me a solution
