I seem to have a similar problem... when i complete a form it won't update the database, so i followed your suggestion about checking permissions set up for IUSR_HC-B01
as i was looking through that page that was mentioned, I noticed that it won't work unless your on NTFS, and as it happens i'm on Fat, any ideas as to how i can overcome this with out re-installing.
