I had made a guest book in my site and I want to display the number of online user and the number of active user of my site. If any one have any idea how to do that then I wil be great full to him

Hi Numan,
Have a column that shows the status of a user online/offline and count the number of users that are online and show that on the web page.

But remember that, the user might close the browser without logging off or leave the page as it is for hours without logging off. So when the use roams around you website, keep updating the time the user browses any page on your website, and if that user is idle for say 30 mins, you got to update his status as offline.

I remember there was a discussion on similar topic here in the other forum/the same forum. You could do a search and find that if possible.
