Default Writing data to database

How can I write multiple form field values to a single database field?
Example: dateaquired + timeaquired to a DateAquired field.

Hello,

  Concatenate the different form fields to form a single variable and use that in insert statement.

in vbscript, concat operator is &

dateAquired=dateaquired & timeaquired
