Default Back Up

I uploaded all the files to my webserver including database(access 2000. 4 MDB files in diff folders). The database will have many transactions per day. I want to take backup every day. How can i take backup. When i want to restore how can i able to restore.
As per my knowledge i can use filesystem object to copy the mdb files. If i want to download to my local syste from the web it downloads very slowly if the DB size is in MBs. Is there anyother way to take backup and restore?

Any reply is highly appreciated.
