How do you do it for the html and asp response page?

You should be dividing the number of records that you extract with the number of records you prefer to display per page and generate a drop down box that display those numbers. And on selection of any nymber from there, multiply number of records per page with the Number selected from the drop down box -1, and start displaying the records next to that.
