Default login domain account and view a permission folder

hi all,
i have some problem now..
i want to build website using asp programming...
now, i want just login in my website and login password will check a database in domain account...
then, give a permission if user have domain account.....
so, how to do it?

i'm just a beginning programmer.....
need your help.....thank
