Default Database Results Wizard Error

I am trying to set up a simple webpage in FrontPage 2002 that will search a database and return only the records that match the search criteria. Everytime I try publishing the site I get the following error:

"Database Results Wizard Error
Your page contains a query with user input parameters that could not be resolved.
This could happen if your DatabaseRegionStart webbot has an empty or missing s-columnnames or s-columntypes attributes.
You may need to read Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 817029. "

I have tried just displaying the database with no search form and this works fine but as soon as I put in a search form (using the wizard) i get the above error! Can anyone help me with this?

Evelyn :(
