Default uploading database from server to client

greetings!

I have this research on how would i transfer updated reference table only to the local pc that they wouldn't have to access my server evrytime they are using my system. I have a refernce table and it is being updated everyday. To lessen the use of server i want to have this temporary storage to be stored in the local computer so everytime htey will use the database system they will get it from hteir temp local storage. May i know the algorithm of that? pls..
thanks
Queen
