Please how do i implement an online test and set a test for 45 minutes after which it moves to another section even though you have not finished and calculates the scores and stores it in the database , and also being able to calculate and get the top 10 scorers.

Lastly, in my online application form i want to be able to limit the number of applicants to 200 people, how do i do that, so that the 201 applicant will be told that there is no more space.
