Default about changing dsn & server.mappath

hi
could u plz help me about dsn. i downloaded some codes from internet but when i m trying to use that i face with error. my IIS is installed inthe drive e and the path for that code is in c:\inetpub\wwwroot by default but i nedd to change that path to e:\inetpub\wwwroot but i dont know how can i change the path. plz help me
