Default recordset problems

I have a web application i have designed the client can write to a databse and submit, when submit is pressed the form is sent to the database and a notification is sent to an email address, but i want the recipient of the e-mail address to be able to see a link in the mail sent to him and he should be able to click on it and view the data for the client.

I have done everything but how do i include a link in the mail that will display the forms contents and not all the data in the database.

please help me out.
