Default ASP Includes in .NET

Hi,

Our application is in classic ASP and VB Com and now I am trying to get some .NET pages written withing the same app. My question are..

** How can I include an include file into an aspx page?
** Can this be done? If not is there any other recommendations.
** How can I pass multiple paramaters in a querystring without somebody hacking my app " src="/emoticons/emotion-15.gif">.

Please guide me in the right path..

Thanks for your time.
Sabu
