how to create buisness USE CASES via ASP

hello to all,
i need urgent help from any one as im stuck and dont know how
to connect ASP via BARCODE READER SYSTEM to get the input from barcode device and automatically its check the price of product and get the price and make the tax invoice for customer.

pls help me ...urgent matter ...
