How to implement unicode in asp web-pages?

Hi

I am building a website. I want my webssite to support other loanguages as well. Right now it supports English. Now i want it to support Neplai language as well-"Devnagari" Script.

I tried to do so. But i got the error-

Active Server Page. ASP 0239(080004005)
Unicode ASP files are not supported.

I have IE6 browser.

Please help.
