Default Upload tab delimited into Access?

Is there a way to upload tab delimited text files into an Access database table that sits up on a server? (Say, I have 500 customer's info in a text file and I don't want to enter them one by one, but I want to load them into an existing table up on the server.)

I have been searching for a solution all over the web, all I could find is solutions for MySQL. Can someone direct me to a tutorial, a tool or some script that can do this in Access?

Thanks
