Default ASP Date Function

How do I convert 12/15/1985 to 15 December 1985 format using classic ASP?

Thanx in advance

The FormatDateTime function of VBScript is very limited, and will not give the result you show.

There are numerous examples of writing your own FormatDate function in VBScript, and you can easily do this. It isn't a bad idea, and I have done this myself - I have a date formatting class and use it as one of my helper classes that I include into most of my ASP projects.

That link is just to a page that shows how to use the FormatDateTime method, which as I stated before is very limited and won't do what the OP is asking.
