could somebody look at help with register.asp

i do need help here and i am a beginner

i need to now the code whoes putting the details into the database

and after doing this selects the next record

i only want to now how not somebody doing it for me

unless i must understand that even this forum is bool

please somebody look into it, maybe its next to nothing compared to what i can read on this forum
