Default Question of calling Oracle'Procedure by ADO.Net

Using ADO.NET's OleDbComand, call a simple Oracle procedure just like "Select * from tablename", out a cursor ,

How to use DataGrid binding the DataView ,

How to bind or use the cursor in a webform ?

Plese write down the procedure, calling code ,binding code ?
