Default Stop page address printing

Is there a programmable way to stop a page address being printed at the top and bottom of a printed web page?

I know it is a browser function (though I can't find where it's done in IE) but I need to be able to print pages without the page addresses without relying on the user to make changes to his browser settings.

How do others get round this problem?

Thanks
Pat

Not possible without a combination of ActiveX controls and low browser security settings.

Thank you - I was afraid that might be the case.
