The cookie/login system on my site: www.erexchange.com has been working fine for years. Recently I have received reports from some users that they cannot login.

Seems that the cookie I'm setting is not taking. I have followed up with these users and they claim to have no problem with cookies on other sites and they say they have no firewall installed. any other ideas out there?

I have a similar problem in that I have a cookie with 4 keys. The value in one of the keys is being lost, which results in database errors. At no point in the entire site are any of the key values specifically cleared, and the cookie has 'Date + 1' as its expiry.

Any ideas?
