Default To send reports direct to the printer

Its a challenge for me to do. Im at a beginner stage and i searched in all my ASP basics, but I could not able to find a solution rather Idea to send my reports with headers and page total, directly to printer using ASP. It wont be smart if I show with page break while viewing the report using Browsers. I succeeded in displaying the report in Browser.

Help me out from this challenging piece.

Thanks in Advance

With love,

You probably need to use some client-side scripts for that.

Examing the window.print() function, may help you.

you could use style sheets - different one for screen and print display -
<link href="style_sheets/table_01.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" media="screen">
<link href="style_sheets/print_table_01.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" media="print">

in the print media ones change\create style with a page break after property set
