Default HOW TO USE VOTING BUTTONS

Hi, I'm the newest member of the community, I need your help.
I am using CDO in my asp page to submit form details via email. I would like to include "Approve" and "Reject" voting buttons in the email. How do I achieve that with CDO?
Alternatively what can I use some free (.dll) or something else.

Thanks
