Hi Umamahesh


if I recall it correctly Microsoft.XmlHttp was introduced with Internet Explorer 5.
For use on a server you might be better of using the Microsoft XML Core Services. The latest version MSXML 6.0 supports 64-bit.

If you need legacy/deprecated functions I believe you need to install an older MSXML version..
