Default Error '80072ee7'

I am getting an error msxml3.dll error '80072ee7' in the send statement, when i try to post the XML document to a different webserver.

Set objXML = Server.CreateObject("MSXML2.ServerXMLHTTP")
objXML.open "POST", url, false
objXML.setRequestHeader "CONTENT_TYPE", "text/xml"
objXML.send(requestText)

thanx...
