Is there any tool to convert from XML to ASP.net?.

Heuh? What do you mean?

This sounds like asking someone to translate English to bicycles, or polar bears to magic markers.

XML is a mechanism to store (hierarchical) data, while ASP.NET is a server side technology to display Web pages (both over-simplified). How do you expect a tool to convert between these two? What are your goals?

using XMLStylevision we can generate HTML from xml...
like that insted of <input type=text I need to generate <asp:TextBox..

Right, I see. In that case, I suggest you check out their Web site for a support department or a forum. I can imagine it's possible to write an XSL style sheet that does the "conversion" / generation, but I don't know if it already exists.
