MSXML2.HTTP and a bad SSL certificate

Hi! My program works fine when i'm just retrieving an xml using http. However, with HTTPS, my program won't work anymore. Our operations people here already installed a CA root in my pc..so I thought my program will work already. But it still won't. Any ideas? Help!!!
