Default Urgent please help...ASAP....!!

hi all ... I have made a mobile application using ASP and WML. I have tested the application on our side in India on both mobile phones and openwave simulator and is working fine.
But the application is giving problem on the client side.Client is using Nextel cellular networks. It does not work on his mobile phone and neither on his openwave simulator..he gets the famous 'http 500 error'.
The strange thing is that the application works fine for him in Cingular networks.
The main page is displayed correctly but further after that no other page is displayed on his mobile device(motorola i205).
Where is the application breaking..is it due to data size or do different gateways have different behaviour...??
Any help would be highly appreciated.
