Does anyone have experience using the Internet Transfer Control to post XML? I'm trying to post from my company's intranet to a gateway on the Internet, and I'm having a licensing problem. The ActiveX object (msinet.ocx) and it's dependent dll (comcat.dll) are installed and registered on my server. However, I'm receiving this error when my ASP tries to send:

Server object error 'ASP 0177 : 80040112'
Server.CreateObject Failed
GetCircuitSubmit.asp, line 230
Class is not licensed for use

What step might I be missing in the installation process that is preventing my use of this object?
