Default make something like reference index in WORD

I made a main report with some subreports, each of which was attached in a section. I would like to make something like reference index in WORD. When I click the name of the subreport, it will jump to the subreport.
Moreover, some of subreports have groups, but group tree can be only displayed in the main report. How can I display subreport grouping information in the group tree of main report, and when I click one subreport group it can jump to the subreport group?
I need a solution urgently, thanks!
