Hi All,

I am new to Crystal Reports.
I Wanted to find out if there is some thing like a Crystal Report Server.
I have special situation where the user with (crystal clients) can not be given direct odbc connection to the database(because of security & othee concerns), but if I can use a crystal server that works like a repository(periodically updated copy) for the database, then the crystal clients can run the reports of the repository instead of the database.

Any help or ideas will by higly appreciated.

Yes, the Crystal Report Server is an server provided by the crystal Decision inc. It is a web server software.

Do you think it is the solution to my problem? In other words, can this server act like a repository for a database where the crystal clients can run the report from.
