Default forcing page breaks

hi friends
i wish to force the printer to move to next page when my report prints 18 lines. i am using crystal reports 8.0
i dont know how to resolve this problem. i also wish to know that how can i export my report in textformat with out any change including the alignment and lines i drawn in crystal reports
expecting some expert advice from all
