about Crystal Reports licenses

Hello!
I have a question about Crystal Reports licenses. I'd like to know, if i have purchased a

VS.NET, then can i distribute applications using those Crystal Reports libraries, which were in a Crystal Report package? delivered with VS.NET, without any additional payments. There to much misunderstandings on Crystal Reports web site.
