Default reports at runtime

i would like to know whether is there are any way to populate reports dynamically at runtime. it means at run if we select whaever the fields that must be included in the Report from the database it must be shown in the Report otherwise it wont display the field.

if any one knows the solution to this answe pls let me know as soon as possible,
