Default Crystal Reports ActiveX Designer Logon failed

I'm a newbie and want to create a Crystal Report based on the extreme.mdb database. I did the following link: http://support.crystaldecisions.com/...etdatasets.pdf
But when I connect the CrystalReport1.rpt to the DataSet1 I've created, the error appear:
"Logon failed.
Details: File or assembly name CrystalDecisions.VSDesigner, or one of its dependencies, was not found."
what should I do ??, Plz help me.( guide & code sample )

i only want to create a report which display the Customer table in extreme.mdb database in VB.NET.
when we change some rows in the Customers table, the report will change ( click Refresh in ReportViewer)
can you give me some code example.
