export to excel from CR 8.5

I need to export a report from CR8.5 to excel automatically whenerver the reports is run.The CR 8.5 report is depolyed on Crystal enterprise. I also want to send a email when the report is run.Pls let me know hows it possible using crystal enterprise?

if u r using VB6 or VB.NET then
1) include the report in ur project
2) create an instance of tht report
3) use ExportOptions property of tht instance
